Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, including all dust bags and inserts, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
